Send message from Admin to logged-in agents

To send messages from CallGuide Admin to all or to selected logged-in agents, click on in the main window or select the Users | Send message menu.

Requires the Execute send messageaccess right.
  1. Opt to write to all in an Organisation area, or to one or more agents picked from lists in the Subarea, Group, and Skill selection tabs.
  2. Enter your text and send with OK.

The message is propagated directly to the agent’s screen and is also found in CallGuide Agent’s Conversations support function, as an administrator message that cannot be answered.
